Dr. Talai Osmonbekov is Visiting Fellow at Consilium Institute and Professor at Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Arizona, United States. Dr. Osmonbekov is an expert on Central Asian affairs and U.S., China, and US-China relations. He is a co-author of the chapter in the book “Technology Rivalry between USA and China”, a recipient of two Fulbright Specialist Awards in the Kyrgyz Republic, and served as a Visiting Professor at the KIMEP University in Kazakhstan. He received his Ph.D. from Georgia State University, MA from Osh State University, Kyrgyz Republic, and BBA from Emory University.
