The Consilium Institute (神策智庫) is the registered DBA (Doing Business As) name for Mount Hope Institute Inc., a New York State-registered non-profit organization. Having obtained IRS approval as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt entity, the Consilium Institute is headquartered in Mt. Hope, New York and is dedicated to advancing humanity in today’s turbulent world through its work as an independent think tank. By promoting rational thinking and benevolent, tolerant policies at regional, national, and global levels, Consilium Institute conducts strategic, action-oriented research on urgent global challenges. Our expert researchers, spanning political science, history, economics, business, physical sciences, mathematics, computer science, and artificial intelligence (AI), work collaboratively to build a freer, safer world for all.
