Executive Director of the Consilium Institute. Dr. Lin (林晓旭) is the co-founder of the CCP Biothreats Initiative and also a member of the Committee of Present Danger-China. Dr. Lin served in the U.S. Army for 9 years as an enlisted soldier and commissioned officer, working on preventive medicine, global infectious diseases surveillance and vaccine development. Dr. Lin also served at the board of Pan Pacific American Leaders and Mentors (PPALM) and other community organizations. He is a long time advocate on China human rights and religious freedom issues and was a survivor of the Tiananmen Square Massacre. He is also a frequent commentator on political and public health issues on many media entities.
